1. We do not accept return on live fish.

2. In extremely rare case that if we ship the wrong fish to you we will give you a full refund of fish value and shipping fee. If we still have the fish you ordered and you would like to have it we will ship to you for free and you get to keep the other fish as well.

3. The size and sex of the fish is just an estimate based on an educated guess and not 100% guarantee. Hence, we cannot process a refund based solely on that.

4. In case of DOA you will receive a refund of fish value only. Shipping fee is nonrefundable. 

5. We only accept cancellation 48 hours prior to the routine shipping days. A 50% restocking fee will apply if you were to cancel your order within 48 hours before shipping day.

6. All other live fish cancellations will result in a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.
